On Monday 21st May all Year 4 visited the National Memorial Arboretum for a story walk with a professional story teller. We heard two stories one a Greek Myth and the other was a medieval English tale. The children then read their own poems in the main memorial with members of the public stopping to listen. The children had the opportunity to look at the memorials including the Falklands Memorial which had just been dedicated and the Burma Railway memorial. The children behaved impeccably and had a very worthwhile visit.
